Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and delivery times.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Need to cancel or make changes to your order? You may be able to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $89.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $90 or more before taxes, have free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is processed, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Expedited options are available upon request for an additional cost if you need your order sooner.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as carriers need time to scan and update their systems.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at julia.lait.co@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Currently, International Shipping is only offered to locations in Canada.
