Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LAIT. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return policy to help make things right.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at julia.lait.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely with all original components.
  4. Label Clearly: Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship It Back:
  • Use a trackable shipping service.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards or items marked “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every product before shipment, so the chance of receiving a defective item is very low. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours at julia.lait.co@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund—your choice, based on availability.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility rules as returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at julia.lait.co@gmail.com with your order number and item details.
  • Follow the return steps above for the original item.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship your replacement.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
