Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, and we will gladly process a full refund.

After the 12-hour window has passed, your order will likely have entered the fulfillment or shipping process and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to make changes if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
